PRAGMATOS is not (as commonly known) the Greek God of Practicality, but it is my attempt to convey that the things I do for my clients will provide practical, real-world value.  It’s easy for consultants or advisors to swoop in, tell you how the world OUGHT to be, and swoop away.  It’s another thing to sit down with you, listen to your questions or needs, and offer useful information that can help you make concrete and helpful changes to your environment.  Whether I’m working with professional services organizations on enhancing engagement and organizational or employee well-being, with criminal justice professionals on quality improvement and burnout reduction, or with biotech companies on fundraising, providing you with pragmatic support is, and always will be, my focus.
